Items in stock will be shipped within 5 business days of the order.  In the rare event that items are not in stock, please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to be specially made for you.  You will be notified by e-mail if this is the case.

Please choose an Expresspost shipping method for faster shipping and a tracking number.  If not specified, the item will be sent by airmail and does not include a tracking number or insurance.  Expresspost provides minimal insurance, please inquire if you require additional coverage.

We will gladly honour exchanges for current items on the website or issue a credit of equal purchase value (excluding shipping) within 7 days of the postmark ship date.  Simply send us an e-mail and provide your receipt information and reason for the return for credit/exchange.  You will be provided with a Return Authourization number, which must be written on the outside of the package being returned.  Items without a RA# will be sent back.

Credit is valid for Filou Designs website sales and can be redeemed when ordering via e-mail within 6 months of issue.
